Welcome to Vixmac. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

By using Vixmac, you confirm that the information provided by you, including name, contact details, and delivery address, is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and activities performed under it.

Vixmac provides a platform for designing, customizing, and ordering print-on-demand products. Users can select ready-made templates, customize designs, or upload their own files. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, and it must not violate any copyright, trademark, or legal regulations. Vixmac will not be responsible for any legal issues related to user-submitted content.

All orders placed on Vixmac are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is successfully placed and processed, it may not be cancelled if the production has already started, especially for customized products.

We currently accept payments through secure methods such as online payment gateways (including PhonePe and wallet options). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

Since most of our products are customized and made specifically for each order, returns and refunds are not applicable on customized products. Customers are requested to carefully review their designs, content, and order details before placing the order.

For non-customized products (where applicable), return or cancellation requests must be raised within 6–7 days after delivery, and only for products eligible for return. The product must be unused and in original condition. Requests beyond this period may not be accepted.

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product due to our error, you must inform us within a reasonable time after delivery with proper proof (such as images). After verification, we will take appropriate action.

Delivery timelines may vary based on product type and location. Customers can check delivery availability and estimated time using their pincode on the product page. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–4 working days, although delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier issues.

All prices listed on the platform are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or other operational reasons.

Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that may harm Vixmac or its users. Any violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

Vixmac reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
