At Vixmac, we focus on delivering high-quality customized and print-on-demand products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Since most of our products are customized and made-to-order, we do not offer returns or refunds on customized items. Customers are requested to carefully review their designs, content, and order details before confirming the order, as changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order is processed.
For non-customized products (if applicable), return requests can be raised within 6–7 days from the date of delivery, only if the product is eligible for return. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Any request made after this period may not be accepted.
In case you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, you must inform us within a reasonable time after delivery by providing proper proof such as photos or videos. After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable.
Vixmac reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions or if the product shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
