All orders placed on Vixmac must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We currently accept payments through secure online payment methods, including UPI (such as PhonePe), digital wallets, debit cards, and credit cards. At present, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on our platform.

Once a payment is successfully made, you will receive an order confirmation. In case the payment fails but the amount is deducted, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within a few working days. For customized and print-on-demand products, orders are processed quickly after payment confirmation. Therefore, payment once made is generally non-refundable, except in cases where a refund is applicable as per our Return & Refund Policy.

All transactions on our platform are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. However, Vixmac is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment providers, such as transaction failures, delays, or technical errors.
