1. Online Payment Options

We offer a wide range of online payment methods:

  • UPI Payments: Use Unified Payments Interface (UPI) for quick and seamless transactions. Supported apps include Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI-enabled platforms.
  • Internet Banking: Pay directly from your bank account using net banking services.
  • Gift Cards: Redeem Vixmac gift cards during checkout.
  • Wallets: Use leading digital wallets for a fast and secure checkout experience.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express cards issued in India and selected international locations.

2. Cash on Delivery (C-o-D)

If you prefer not to make an online payment, you can opt for Cash on Delivery (C-o-D):

  • Payment is made in cash at the time of delivery.
  • The maximum order value for C-o-D is ₹50,000.
  • Note: Gift cards, store credit, and foreign currencies are not accepted for C-o-D. Only Indian Rupees (INR) are accepted.

How to Pay Using UPI

  1. Select UPI Payment as your payment method during checkout.
  2. Enter your UPI ID (e.g., yourname@upi).
  3. Approve the payment request via your UPI app (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe).
  4. Once approved, the transaction will be processed, and you will receive confirmation on the checkout page and via email.

  • No need to share card details.
  • Widely accepted and secure.

How to Pay Using Credit/Debit Cards

For Credit Cards

  1. Enter your card number, expiry date, and the three-digit CVV number (on the back of your card).
  2. Complete the payment by entering the 3D Secure password or OTP on the bank's secure page.

For Debit Cards

  1. Enter your card number and, if applicable, the expiry date and CVV number.
  2. Verify your identity using your bank's secure password or OTP to complete the transaction.

International Credit/Debit Cards

  • We accept internationally issued cards for product payments.
  • Note: International cards cannot be used for payments involving digital services like Wallet top-ups or eGift Vouchers.

Transaction Security

Your online transactions at Vixmac are protected with the following measures:

  • 256-bit Encryption: All payment details are encrypted during transmission for maximum confidentiality.
  • Secure Payment Gateways: Payments are processed through trusted gateways managed by leading banks.

Are There Any Hidden Charges?

There are no hidden charges when you shop on Vixmac. The price displayed on the product page is the final price you pay, inclusive of all taxes.

  • Promo Codes: Apply promo codes during checkout to avail discounts.
  • Delivery Charges:
    • Delivery charges may vary based on the seller's policy.
    • For certain sellers, like WS Retail, delivery charges are waived for orders above ₹1,000.

Refund for Cancelled or Failed Payments

  1. If your payment fails or your order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  2. Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider, typically within 7-10 business days.
